When it comes to e-commerce we saw a really interesting new party joining the warzone. It was Wal-Mart. The brick and mortar retail giant, the largest in the world, moved into online sales.
It seems to be the case that Wal-Mart is one of the few retail firms which will survive. Yes, they will close shops. But they also have the real power against Alibaba, eBay, and Amazon.
We see all companies expanding in as many fields as possible. With a clear objective: getting the transaction. It will result in more small and medium-sized firms closing down in the new year.
