Voters ignore several facts. They won’t talk about the deficit and government borrowing. What are the real costs? The easy method to solve this is to have informed voters. Not only about the political matters but also how politics are being done.
For politicians and government employees, this means a real risk. What is there interested in having well-informed people? People, who are aware how the wheeling and dealing in politics are going?
This is especially the case with any government budget. Just ask a politician how they would pay off the existing government debt? Just let them answer this question. I doubt you will find anyone capable of providing a solid answer.
Quite some time ago I was asked to run for city council in Eindhoven. I just suggested to stop spending more than the city gets in and put a safety margin of 10%. Simply use half of the 10% (roughly 40 million euro at that moment) to pay off the city debt. With the other 40, I would simply hire an external manager to invest in foreign, non-European, companies and get the head offices from Europe here.
Of course this is something they will not do. This could be common sense. You ever saw a government doing something of common sense?
They have only one method of sorting the money issue. This is the higher tax. Taxation is nothing more than the money they have stolen from the people. Money which could have being spend to promote the economy and create jobs. If you are not enjoying the idea of paying high tax you should consider stopping paying tax on a legal method. If you like this concept you can review the Tax-Free Passport Report.
