Capitalism and socialism are offering different solutions to the problems in the world. When we look at all the problems in the world than we see that capitalism offers innovative solutions. It offers solutions for problems and respects private property.
When we look at the solutions offered by socialistic regimes than we see only the government interaction. The government has no respect for private property and forces solutions which are inefficient.
If we look at the results of socialism than we see that less money is saved and less money is invested. Not only money, but other resources are also less being invested.
The capital goods under the socialistic regime cannot be used efficiently. Private ownership is forbidden at the expense of the owner.
In a capitalistic world money is being used to the most efficient method and to get the resources working and have the best result. When things are changing in society the goods and services are being adjusted.
When the socialistic government manages the productions, then they simply overproduce the goods in society. Society simply needs to consume the goods being produced. No matter what the need for it is.
Over and over again we see socialism failing. Unfortunately, the socialistic approach is becoming more and more popular.
